Another thug-life drawing, using a photo for reference.
It might qualify as vector art I suppose, but there was way too many hand-drawn elements (by which I mean the whole damn thing) to put it in there.
Three hours.
I put a hell of a lot more time into the smaller details on this one, especially the face and sweater. I was really pleased with how the eyes and what you can see of the face turned out. Some of the pattern on the sweater looks a little blotchy, but other spots on it really display the folds in it.
The texture of the touque was something I couldn't figure out. It probably would have taken me another two hours to get it to the level of the rest of the picture. And shading (like the shading I didn't do on the bandana) is something that still eludes me. Oh well.
