Deviousness |
At the beginning of the game it wasn't even showing him. That was Joseph, the previous owner of the apartment and it was a flash back...
He's socially awkard. He's been trapped in there for five days are you telling me you wouldn't peek in curiously at your neighbors? And he was in a whole other dimension. Eileen was he first one to notice him gone and told Frank, who was investigating the door many times but couldn't even get it open with his own keys. Even if someone was stuck I doubt they would really kill themselves that easily. Cynthia is later murdered with the 16th Sacrament, "Temptation". Which of course gives title to her flirtatious attitude. Walter, in pure psychological desperation and affiliation with such a mental cult, was convinced by Alessa Gillespie that his room was his mother and by completing the 21 Sacraments he could revive her and completed it with eleven people at half the process before murdering himself. With eleven of the sacraments it was clarified he could then come back without his old physical form and took on more of a ghost-type existence.
And I just need to stop ranting right now because I am someone who is very, very adamant in the protection of the series so I do apologize but I needed to get this out there. It was a very good game with an interesting and deep plot hardly anyone cared to look into to make sense of it and just claimed it didn't make sense and sucked.
